Community Bridges stands in solidarity with the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. As anti-racist agents, we continuously fight for a fully inclusive and equitable society and beyond it. We believe that everyone has a responsibility towards a zero-tolerance for hate environment.
While there has been a significant rise in hate crimes against the AAPI community since the start of COVID-19, we acknowledge that discrimination toward the AAPI community has been ongoing. It is crucial that we address these issues and foster conversations with the girls and young women in our organization. We are committed to progressing our community forward and thrive for peace and compassion collaboratively.
