Volunteers play an essential role in our holistic, long-term approach to helping each girl fulfill her potential. If you would like to help connect girls with their futures, we invite you to learn more about our volunteer opportunities.

Girls Program After-School Volunteers

Join us in empowering the next generation of women leaders in our community! Plan, develop, and execute weekly programming while serving as a role model for girls in our elementary, middle, or high school Girls Program.

After-School volunteers are required to fill out an online application, including references, submit a background check, and attend an on-site volunteer orientation and training.

Mentoring Program

Support a high school girl through mentoring! Form a close relationship with your mentee as you help challenge and guide her toward finding her own voice and achieving her goals.

Our mentors and mentees spend ~4-8 hours per month together and/or communicating via text/email/phone, as well as attend monthly events hosted by our Mentoring Program specialists.

Mentors are required to fill out an online application including references, submit a background check, conduct an interview with the mentoring program coordinator, and attend mentor orientation and training. Join us today!

One-Day Volunteering Opportunities

Community Bridges offers a number of one-day volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Join us for field trips, college tours, service days, and special events like our Winter Holiday Celebration and annual Career & Innovation Summit!

One-day volunteers are required to fill out an online application and attend any necessary orientation/training needed for the volunteer opportunity.
