2021 College Signing Day!
Saying that CB seniors didn’t have a traditional “senior year” would be an understatement, but despite distance learning and other hurdles that happened due to COVID-19, our CB seniors persisted. Today is #CollegeSigningDay, a day where many seniors nationwide commit or “sign” to a college/university. We are so impressed by the list of colleges/universities our CB girls signed to.
The Community Bridges College Access and Success Program had some great success this school year with:
- 37 seniors
- 882.5 One-on-one hours and tailored support
- 30 group workshops on topics such as job interview preparation, essay writing, and navigating financial aid
- Comprehensive one-on-one and group college readiness support from staff, volunteers and mentors
- Virtual college tours to colleges/universities nationwide
