We are very excited to announce that Community Bridges Executive Director, Shannon Babe-Thomas will be honored with the 2020 Rising Star Award at the Montgomery Women’s 16th Annual Power Tea!
The tea will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2020 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at BlackRock Center for the Arts in Germantown, Maryland.
“The Rising Star award, introduced in 2005, honors the memory of community activist Phyllis Campbell Newsome. Rising Star awardee Shannon Babe-Thomas has 17 years of nonprofit experience.
